With potential for office space and retail offerings, the Reservoir is located within 200 yards of nearly 100 acres of city-owned parks including Reservoir Park, Rose Park and Fort Negley and offers sweeping views of surrounding neighborhoods including Downtown, 12 South, 8th Ave, Midtown and Music Row, as well as the Vanderbilt University and Belmont University campuses. Acquired in partnership with SLI Capital, the property is anticipated to enter construction in the summer of 2021.
