Regent Partners, in a venture with SLI Capital, has acquired approximately 8 acres in Raleigh, N.C. for the second phase of the highly anticipated East End Market taking shape on Whitaker Mill Road between Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue. Phase two of East End Market will consist of new construction featuring 235,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage and 465 apartments. Construction will commence mid-2022 without any pre-leasing, with completion in early 2024.
