Parker Terril joined Regent Partners in April 2026 as Director of Development Services. He brings more than 20 years of real estate development and construction experience, including over nine years with GID Development Group in progressively senior roles, culminating as Senior Vice President of Construction. At GID, he managed the design and construction of Waterline Square—three luxury residential towers exceeding two million square feet in Upper West Manhattan—and High Street Atlanta, a 42-acre mixed-use development in Dunwoody, Georgia, overseeing all aspects from predevelopment through closeout.
Mr. Terril’s additional experience includes Project Director roles at Cumming Group (Waldorf Astoria Hotel condominium conversion, NYC), Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers City Living (Pierhouse and One Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Park), and early-career roles at The Dermot Company on major Manhattan multifamily developments.
He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Studio Art from Bucknell University.
