Andrew Allman
Mr. Allman joined Regent Partners in October of 2012 and currently serves as a Principal of Development Services. His primary focus is on zoning, design, construction management and project delivery for both value add and new development projects. Prior to Regent Partners, Andrew spent seven years with Brasfield & Gorrie LLC with time spent in their estimating department and later with their commercial division in project management working on a range of office and institutional projects throughout the metro Atlanta area.
Andrew obtained his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and Management from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Andrew is a member of ULI, a LEED accredited professional, a member of the USGBC and has been a volunteer community coach at the high school and youth levels over the past 12 years.
John Bell
Mr. Bell is a Principal of Office Properties. His primary role consists of leasing activities and strategies for Regent Partners’ developments and acquisitions, as well as supporting acquisition efforts for office properties. Prior to Regent Partners, Mr. Bell was Senior Vice President of Crescent Resources. Bell is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, North Fulton Community Improvement District and the Marist School Booster Club. Mr. Bell was named a top producer in the office category for leasing by the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and he was named a top producer by the NAIOP.
A native of Atlanta, Mr. Bell graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He attends Christ the King Church in Atlanta.
Adam Allman
Mr. Allman joined Regent Partners in 2006 and currently serves as a Principal on the Office Leasing and Development Team. His primary role consists of leasing activities and strategies for Regent Partners’ developments and acquisitions, as well as supporting acquisition efforts for office properties. Prior to Regent Partners, Mr. Allman spent three years at Bullock Mannelly Partners specializing in multifamily investment sales as well as debt and equity financing for office and retail projects across the Southeast.
Mr. Allman obtained his BSBA degree from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill with a specialty in finance. He currently is a member of ULI, NAIOP, REGA, and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.
C. Fielder Shurling
Mr. Shurling is Principal of Investments for Regent Partners where he focuses on the acquisition, development and capitalization of ground-up projects primarily in the office, hotel and residential sectors. Mr. Shurling has also been active in the asset management and sales and marketing of certain office, residential, land and retail properties.
Prior to joining Regent Partners, Mr. Shurling worked for GE Capital (5 years) structuring and executing highly leveraged financial transactions for a variety of purposes including leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, recapitalizations and mergers. Mr. Shurling also worked in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group (5 years).
Mr. Shurling obtained a B.A. in History from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from Emory University. Mr. Shurling is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of ULI and NAIOP.
Jim Feldman
Mr. Feldman joined Regent Partners in 1994. He oversees all pre-development, design, construction and project closeout for the firm. Mr. Feldman has been involved in commercial real estate and construction since 1977 and has been directly responsible for many types of real estate development including mixed-use high-rise, office, industrial, retail, restaurant, hotel, medical, and multi-family residential projects. Project size has ranged from small tenant spaces to a $250 million, 50-story mixed-use tower.
Mr. Feldman received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1977. He is a member of NAIOP (Chairman of the Mixed-Use Forum), the American Society of Civil Engineers, and is a registered Professional Engineer. He serves and has served on numerous community committees regarding zoning and green space planning as well as the Board of Directors of Homeowners Associations and the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity at Georgia Tech. Mr. Feldman has been a member of the SPI-12 (Buckhead zoning district) Development Review Committee since its inception. He was a participant in the initial writing of the SPI-12 zoning ordinance.
Reid Freeman
Mr. Freeman joined Regent Partners in 1998 and serves both as the President and the head of the Hospitality Division. During his career, Mr. Freeman has been involved in the development and renovation of over 3,000 hotel rooms. These projects include: the Emory Conference Center Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, the Norfolk Waterside Marriott and Waterside Convention Center in Norfolk, Virginia, the Brasstown Valley Resort in North Georgia, the Sugar Land Marriott Hotel and Conference Center outside of Houston, Texas, Hilton Hotels in Evanston, Illinois and Hartford, Connecticut, and the Westin in Alexandria, Virginia.
He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and received his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law in 1986. Mr. Freeman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association, and is actively involved with the Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. He has served as a Board Member of Camp Kudzu, a summer camp for kids with diabetes, the University of Alabama Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, and currently is serving on two Boards at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
