Mr. Hamilton joined Regent Partners in 2018 and currently serves as a Director of Investments where he focuses on the acquisition, development and capitalization of ground-up projects primarily in the office, hotel and residential sectors. He is also active in the asset management, sales and marketing of certain office, residential, land and retail properties. Prior to joining Regent Partners, Mr. Hamilton worked with real estate investment banking firm Eastdil Secured (6 years).

Mr. Hamilton graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He is currently a member of ULI, NAIOP, and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.
