Jenny Wilkirson

Jenny Wilkirson joined Regent Partners in 2025 and currently serves as a Director of Affordable Housing. She focuses on acquisition, financing, development, and asset management of affordable housing communities for Regent Partners. She was involved in the acquisition or development over 1,500 LIHTC units with Walton Communities throughout Georgia since 2018. Each of these developments was in partnership with public housing authorities and utilized a variety of public and private financing sources and tools to create mixed-income communities to serve former public housing residents as well as the greater community. Many of these developments were part of a broader, multi-phased strategy to redevelop public housing or develop on captive housing authority land. Prior to joining Walton, Ms. Wilkirson spent almost 7 years at Crow Holdings Capital, a real estate private equity fund manager with over $7BN assets under management at the time.

Ms. Wilkirson is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Financial Economics and Corporate Strategy.
