Paces Summit

Developed to house the corporate headquarters of Georgia Bankers Bank Corporation, Paces Summit is situated on 4.5 acres within a 10-acre master planned development located in the historic Vinings area of Atlanta, Georgia.
The six-story building encompasses 130,000 square feet of Class-A office space.

Northcreek Office Park

Northcreek Office Park, located in Buckhead’s West Paces Ferry Corridor along I-75, is a rare 41 acre infill office park with additional development opportunities.  The office product consists of four 8 story Class A buildings which comprise 536,240SF.  Constructed between 1971 and 1979 but extensively renovated in 2003-2009, Northcreek was designed in a quad formation with a shared common interior corridor. Completed in November 1998, Tower Place 200 consists of 260,000 SF of Class A office space in Tower Place (Buckhead, Atlanta, GA). The 14-story building highlights the unique direct access to Georgia 400, and the Peachtree/Piedmont corridors afforded to Tower Place tenants.

3330 Peachtree

The 3330 Peachtree Road building is a 16,500 SF contemporary two-level retail/professional office building fronting on Peachtree Road at the entrance to the Tower Place Mixed-Use Development. The two-story building is designed for ground level retail/office space in accordance with the current street-frontage zoning requirements of the Buckhead SPI-12 overlay zoning district, and incorporates a speculative second floor office space with an independent tenant lobby element fronting on Tower Place Drive. The contemporary massing of the building incorporates a ribbon element that works in composition with Terra-Cotta cladding and metal wall panels to provide a crisp, modern addition to the progressive Buckhead street-level retail scene. The first level will serve as the Atlanta branch location of TD Ameritrade, a widely respected brokerage firm. The second level, approximately 7,500 SF, is available for lease.

Concourse Office Park

Concourse Corporate Center is a landmark mixed-use development situated at the confluence of I-285, Georgia 400, Hammond Drive, and Peachtree Dunwoody Road. The office component of Concourse contains 2.16 million square feet of Class-A office, which was acquired by Regent Partners in late 2012. The office project is comprised of five buildings ranging from 4 to 33 stories and includes 2 iconic towers known regionally as the “King and Queen”. Positioned in the heart of the Central Perimeter, this highly recognized and respected project offers an unparalleled presence in the sky-line combined with unrivaled amenities and access relative to its competitive set. Centered around a beautiful lake, Concourse sits on a 63 acre campus-like development which also includes a full-service Westin hotel, the 80,000 SF Concourse Athletic Club, a KinderCare daycare facility, and is wrapped by an outdoor walking / jogging trail. In addition, the project includes an 11 acre development site which is zoned Mixed-Use and currently allows for the development of 650 for-sale condominium units and 70,000 SF of retail space.

Hyatt House / Hyatt Place

On August 23rd, 2013 Regent Partners broke ground on its 2.3 acre site in Charleston, SC. The site is located in the vibrant “Upper King” area at the corner of King Street and Spring Street. The $85MM mixed use project includes a 304 room dual brand Hyatt Place/Hyatt House with meeting space and a rooftop bar as well approximately 37,400SF of office and retail along King Street. Regent will also deliver a 398 space garage on-site which will be acquired by the City of Charleston upon completion.

Tower Place 100

Acquired in 1993, as part of the overall Tower Place acquisition, this building was the first significant office tower in the Tower Place complex located in the Buckhead within Atlanta, Georgia. With its signature green exterior lighting, Regent Partners renovated and repositioned the asset. The renovations included not only Tower Place 100, but the roads and sidewalks as well. The class A office space boasts 29 stories and 610,000 of rentable square feet.

3344 Peachtree

3344 Peachtree/Sovereign is a 50-story mixed use tower, completed by Regent Partners in 2008, which has become Buckhead’s most distinctive address. Located on a half mile stretch of Peachtree Road between Piedmont Road and Lenox Road, 3344 Peachtree, the tallest building in Buckhead, represents the cornerstone of Atlanta’s most dense concentration of popular hotels, shopping, and restaurants. The commercial component, 3344 Peachtree, located on floors 1-26 contains 490,000 square feet of Class A office and retail. The high-rise luxury residential component, known as SOVEREIGN, is comprised of 82 luxury homes and club amenities located in levels 28 through 50 of the tower.
