Fairfield Inn

Located in the prestigious Vinings area of Atlanta, Georgia, the Fairfield Inn was master planned and developed by Regent in 1995.

The 145-room, seven story hotel is conveniently situated just minutes from local attractions including malls and entertainment parks.

Sovereign

3344 Peachtree/Sovereign is a 50-story mixed use tower, completed by Regent Partners in 2008, which has become Buckhead’s most distinctive address. Located on a half mile stretch of Peachtree Road between Piedmont Road and Lenox Road, 3344 Peachtree, the tallest building in Buckhead, represents the cornerstone of Atlanta’s most dense concentration of popular hotels, shopping, and restaurants. The commercial component, 3344 Peachtree, located on floors 1-26 contains 490,000 square feet of Class A office and retail. The high-rise luxury residential component, known as SOVEREIGN, is comprised of 82 luxury homes and club amenities located in levels 28 through 50 of the tower.

Jamieson Residences

The Westin Hotel and Jamieson Residences, completed in 2008, represents the best in mixed-use development in an urban context, and the only hotel condo in Old Town Alexandria. The fifteen story building contains a 319 room, full service Westin hotel, complete with 18,000 SF of conference/meeting facilities and ballroom space, 79 residential units, and 5,500 square feet of street level retail. The vast selection of stylish finishes and features are complimented by access to hotel services to provide an unparalleled living experience.

Buckhead Grand

The Buckhead Grand is a 36 story 286 unit condominium tower located within Tower Place in Buckhead, completed in 2004. The development was essential to continue the growth of the mixed-use work, live and play community Tower Place fostered. The building is also a unique architectural addition to the Buckhead skyline with its conical top.

The Davis Apts

In Spring 2002, Regent began redevelopment of The Davis to convert a 76-year old former office building into high-end residential lofts, a retail component and a restaurant.

Designed as a public-private partnership between Regent, Hamilton Properties Corporation, Barker Nichols, LLC, and the city of Dallas, the renovated Davis features 183 luxury loft apartments and 21,104 square feet of retail and entertainment space.
Located in the heart of the Central Business District, in Dallas, Texas, the project includes revitalization of the Main Street corridor.

The Brookwood

The Brookwood is an urban mixed-use high rise located on Peachtree Road, between 28th Street and Palisades Road in the historic Brookwood neighborhood of Atlanta. Offering the best of both neighborhood and in-town living, The Brookwood is convenient to the amenities and shopping of both Midtown and Buckhead. The Brookwood development includes 219 luxury for-sale residential condominiums on 20 floors with approximately 20,000 square feet of high end retail fronting Peachtree Road. The Brookwood is one of Atlanta’s first LEED certified buildings, completed in 2009.

Bluegrass

This land is positioned at the highly accessible Exit 12 of McFarland Pkwy and GA 400 in Forsyth County. The site is approximately 3 miles north of Windward Pkwy and the Fulton County line, and is the next natural progression of development along the GA 400 corridor. The area is well developed with project properties either owned or occupied by private or public corporations. Further, the Georgia DOT has recently completed a road improvement project creating better access to these parcels than would be found in any competing sites in the area. Current land ownership includes approximately 38 acres on the Southwest quadrant, and are currently zoned a combination of M1/CBD.

Buckhead Church

The Buckhead Church, the largest urban sanctuary in the Buckhead area (seating capacity – 3,000), represents a continuation of Regent’s mixed use vision for Tower Place. Regent Partners sold the land to the Buckhead Church, and Regent was selected to remain on the team as Development Manager thru its completion in May 2007. For service parking, the Church leverages surrounding lots from the Tower Place complex.

Ft Carson Military Housing

Regent Partners was selected as developer for the first privatized military housing contract in United States History. The 2,663 military housing units were developed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the US Army.

Park 22

Regent developed Park 22, in 1998.
Located along West Bull Creek in Austin, Texas, the project is situated on 32-acres.
The project includes one two-story building and two four-story buildings totaling 206,963 square feet, with 828 associated parking spaces.
