Constructed in two phases, Regent began development of Ashley Knoll in 1998. The 408-unit apartment community is located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Shawnee Ridge
Located on a 9.7 acre site, Shawnee Ridge is a 108,000 square foot office warehouse building. Regent developed the project in conjunction with Collier Properties, Inc.
Zoned light industrial, the project is located in Shawnee Ridge Industrial Park in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Edward White Medical Building
Adjacent to the Edward White Hospital in Tampa, Florida, the Edward White Medical Building is a 54,000 square foot office facility developed by Regent in 1993, and master leased to HealthTrust.
