East End Market

Located in Raleigh’s emerging East End neighborhood just east of Five Points, East End Market is a burgeoning mixed-use, food and beverage destination that will offer a unique collection of restaurants, apartments, shops and office spaces. Regent Partners, in a venture with SLI Capital, has acquired approximately 8 acres in Raleigh, N.C. for the second phase of the highly anticipated East End Market taking shape on Whitaker Mill Road between Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue.  Phase two of East End Market will consist of new construction featuring 235,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage and 465 apartments.  Construction will commence mid-2022 without any pre-leasing, with completion in early 2024.

 

Shawnee Ridge

Located on a 9.7 acre site, Shawnee Ridge is a 108,000 square foot office warehouse building. Regent developed the project in conjunction with Collier Properties, Inc.
Zoned light industrial, the project is located in Shawnee Ridge Industrial Park in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Edward White Medical Building

Adjacent to the Edward White Hospital in Tampa, Florida, the Edward White Medical Building is a 54,000 square foot office facility developed by Regent in 1993, and master leased to HealthTrust.

1765 The Exchange

1765 The Exchange, a 90,000 square foot office building located in the northwest office sub-market of Atlanta, Georgia, was acquired by Regent in 1992.

Bluegrass Place

Bluegrass Place consists of two buildings totaling 138,000 square feet of Bluegrass Business Park in Alpharetta, Georgia. Regent developed the buildings in 1995 and 1996.

Bluegrass Lakes

Bluegrass Place, a 112,000 square foot office building developed by Regent Partners in 1997, is located in the Bluegrass Business Park in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Bluegrass Promenade

Located in the Bluegrass Business Park in Alpharetta, Georgia, Bluegrass Promenade was developed by Regent in 2000.
A one-story, 90,000 square foot building, Bluegrass Promenade is surrounded by tree-lined parkways and several lakes and is conveniently situated just off Georgia 400.

3354 Peachtree

Regent Partners is currently developing 3354 Peachtree, a 44 story, skyline-defining, mixed-use tower located in the heart of Buckhead at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Tower Place Drive. The building will feature 560,000 SF of Class AA office space (levels 5-26), 62 ultra-luxury condominiums (levels 28-44), nearly 11,000 SF of street-level retail, above-market ratio parking, and a suite of modern amenities. The building is easily accessible via multiple modes of transportation. It sits on top of the Buckhead MARTA station, features direct, proprietary access to Peachtree Road and Georgia 400, and fronts the newly constructed PATH400 Greenway that will ultimately connect to the Atlanta BeltLine. The project is expected to break ground in 2020 and is estimated to open in 2022.

Located along West Bull Creek in Austin, Texas, the project is situated on 32-acres.
The project includes one two-story building and two four-story buildings totaling 206,963 square feet, with 828 associated parking spaces.
