East End Market

Located in Raleigh’s emerging East End neighborhood just east of Five Points, East End Market is a burgeoning mixed-use, food and beverage destination that will offer a unique collection of restaurants, apartments, shops and office spaces. Regent Partners, in a venture with SLI Capital, has acquired approximately 8 acres in Raleigh, N.C. for the second phase of the highly anticipated East End Market taking shape on Whitaker Mill Road between Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue.  Phase two of East End Market will consist of new construction featuring 235,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and food and beverage and 465 apartments.  Construction will commence mid-2022 without any pre-leasing, with completion in early 2024.

 

The Reservoir

Regent Partners is bringing hundreds of new units to Nashville’s historic Edgehill neighborhood in the form of a to-be developed multifamily project called The Reservoir. With potential for office space and retail offerings, the Reservoir is located within 200 yards of nearly 100 acres of city-owned parks including Reservoir Park, Rose Park and Fort Negley and offers sweeping views of surrounding neighborhoods including Downtown, 12 South, 8th Ave, Midtown and Music Row, as well as the Vanderbilt University and Belmont University campuses. Acquired in partnership with SLI Capital, the property is anticipated to deliver initial units Q2 2025.

Riverworks

Regent Partners is currently under construction with Riverworks, 306 luxury, Class-A units designed to appeal to the most discerning renters. Offering a contemporary unit mix of studios, one-bed, and two-bed units, Riverworks has been designed to appeal to young professionals, mature singles, professional couples, and other renters-by-choice who desire a progressive, amenity-rich environment. In-suite amenities include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, 9-10′ ceilings, waterfront balconies, and dual-sink vanities in many one bedrooms to appeal to couples. On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop pool, secure bike storage, a contemporary clubhouse complete with multiple TVs as well as a lounge and gaming room, and a cyber lounge with coffee bar, print station and professional work stations. The project will also feature ~30,000 SF of ground floor retail. These project amenities are enhanced by the rich location within the larger Eastern Wharf development and the numerous retail and dining options. Riverworks is anticipated to open in 2021.

Thompson Savannah

This 193-key Thompson Hotel is located adjacent to Historic Downtown Savannah along the banks of the Savannah River. The project, which is part of the larger 54-acre Eastern Wharf mixed-use development, is the tallest recent development in the City of Savannah and features more than 8,000 SF of versatile meeting space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and more than 8,000 SF of outdoor space including an expansive terrace pool. The hotel also features a signature, locally chef-driven restaurant and a rooftop bar and terrace with unmatched views of the Savannah River and Historic Downtown.

Thompson Buckhead

Regent Partners recently opened a 201-key Thompson Hotel located within the luxurious Buckhead Village district. The Hotel features an elevated food and beverage program highlighted by a signature, chef-driven restaurant, lobby bar and cafe, rooftop pool with food and beverage service, and a rooftop bar with expansive, unobstructed views of Atlanta’s skyline. The hotel also offers more than 8,000 SF of flexible meeting space and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Winthrop at Cobb Asst Living

In a joint venture with Charles Williams Real Estate of Rome, Georgia, Regent developed and opened the 60-unit, 74-bed Winthrop at Cobb in November 1999. The senior assisted living facility is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Waterford Place Apts

Located in suburban Raleigh, North Carolina, Regent began development of the 300-unit apartment community in 1999. Waterford Place opened for leasing in June 2001.

Villagio Apts

Regent began development of Villagio, a Class-AA gated apartment community located in Sarasota, Florida. Co-developed with Florida Southeast Development Corporation, the 320-unit, opened for leasing in March 2002.
Designed with young professionals in mind, the upscale apartment community features a 3,500 square foot grand clubhouse with business center, pool, multi-sports court, fitness center and putting green.

Triangle Pointe Apts

Located in Durham, North Carolina, Regent began development of the apartment community in October 1997. Designed as a conventional garden-style multifamily project with HUD-insured 221 (d4) financing, Triangle Pointe opened for leasing in June 1998.

River Oaks Apts

Located in Charleston, South Carolina, Regent began development of the 360-unit apartment community in 2000. River Oaks opened for leasing in October 2001.
