Atlanta developer Regent Partners aims to expand affordable housing pipeline

As Atlanta aches for affordable housing, a mixed-use developer with prized projects across the state is trying to bridge the gap.

Regent Partners plans to increase the pipeline of affordable housing in the metro area. Those efforts will be led by Josh Marx, who joined the firm after racking up years of experience with Prestwick Development and Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

“Ten years from now, I want people to think of Regent as one of the premier groups doing this work,” said Marx, director of affordable housing at the firm. “We want to be able to set the tone and be an exemplary developer in this space.”
