Regent Partners

Acquired in 1993, as part of the overall Tower Place acquisition, this building was the first significant office tower in the Tower Place complex. With its signature green exterior lighting, Regent Partners renovated and repositioned the asset. The Class A office building contains 610,000 square feet of rentable space in 29 stories. Regent is now a minority partner with RREEF. The company handles the property management responsibilities.
