Regent Partners

In spring 2002, Regent Partners began redevelopment of The Davis, a $36-million project to convert a 76-year-old former office building into high-end residential lofts with a retail component and restaurant. Designed as a public-private partnership between Regent, Hamilton Properties Corporation, Barker Nichols, LLC and the city of Dallas, the renovated Davis features 183 luxury loft apartments and 21,104 square feet of retail and entertainment space. Located in the heart of the Central Business District, the project includes revitalization of the Main Street corridor.
