Signature Projects Sugar Land Marriott
Located in the Houston area, Regent Partners began development of the $56 million Sugar Land Marriott Hotel and Sugar Land Conference Center in 2002. Designed as a public-private partnership with Stormont Hospitality Group, LLC of Atlanta, Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., and the city of Sugar Land, the 300-room hotel had its grand opening in the fall of 2003.
