The Franklin Marriott Cool Springs opened for business in Franklin, Tennessee in 1999. The $42-million hotel and conference center was developed as a public-private venture with the city of Franklin. Regent Partners developed the 11-story, 300-room hotel and 29,000-square-foot conference center in conjunction with Stormont Trice Development Corporation.
