The Buckhead Grand was Regent Partner’s bold step into high-rise for sale product. The development was essential to continue the growth of the mixed-use work, live and play community Tower Place has fostered. The 36-story, 286-unit high-rise building is also a unique architectural addition to the Buckhead skyline with its conical top. The $66-million project was completed in 2004.
