Developed in 1997 to house the corporate headquarters of Georgia Bankers Bank Corporation, Paces Summit is situated on four acres within a 10-acre masterplanned development located in the historic Vinings area of Atlanta, GA.
The six-story building encompasses 120,000 square feet of class A office space. Paces Summit is part of a comprehensive campus environment which includes a Fairfield Inn, and land for Paces Summit II. A new Regent Partners development that will add an additional 120,000 square feet of rentable office space.
