The luxury residences begin on the building's 28 th story, and rise 635 feet above the Buckhead skyline to the 48 th story. The office and retail portions of the mixed-use development will be referred to as 3344 Peachtree. The building's address clearly identifies its central location on Peachtree Road, and its desirable location at the center of the soon-to-be completed first phase of the Peachtree Boulevard project.

Regent Partners also announced that home sales for Sovereign will be brokered by Paces Ferry Realty. Life at Sovereign
Sovereign is the residential portion of 3344 Peachtree, the tallest structure to be built in Atlanta since 1992. It is designed by the world renowned architectural firm Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates, and is a striking modern tower that breaks from the traditional square or rectangular building geometries. 3344 Peachtree will be an expression as a composition of subtly curved forms that allows the tower to appear as gently rotating upwards from Peachtree to finish as a signature statement on the Atlanta skyline.
