Regent Partners, LLC Announces Premier Tenants for 3344 Peachtree

The Prestigious Buckhead Club to Top the Building -- First Horizon Bank Selects Tower as its State Headquarters

ATLANTA - Atlanta-based Regent Partners, LLC, today announced that its mixed-use 50-story vertical development along Buckhead's Peachtree corridor is approaching 25 percent pre-leased with nearly 100,000 square feet of space under lease and significant additional commitments now being negotiated. The nearly 500,000 square foot office and retail portion of the building is scheduled for occupancy in early 2008. Topping what will soon become an Atlanta landmark architectural sculpture are 93 luxury residences named SOVEREIGN. The residences will commence occupancy in the summer of 2008.

Leases have been executed with the following signature tenants:

  • First Horizon Bank (NYSE: FHN) will occupy some 33,000 square feet of space including a new 4,600 square foot full service, signature retail branch fronting and accessible from Peachtree Road.

  • The prestigious Buckhead Club, long one of the City's most notable and successful city clubs, will relocate to 3344 Peachtree and incorporate nearly 20,000 square feet of space on the buildings 26 th story; undertaking a design and service offering that will provide the city's most unique private club. The Buckhead Club will offer its customary high level of service, and will also provide a limited number of membership upgrade opportunities in the adjacent Executive Spa and Fitness Center that the Club will operate for the building's residential homeowners.

  • The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group is planning a nearly 9,000 square foot signature restaurant for the street level of the building which will open onto the new pedestrian oriented Peachtree Boulevard project that is currently being created and upon which 3344 Peachtree will be centered.

  • Regent Partners, LLC , will relocate its corporate headquarters from 3348 Peachtree Road and occupy some 15,000 square feet.

About 3344 Peachtree

3344 Peachtree is emerging as an address of distinction. The building's construction is well underway with construction pacing at about one story per week putting it on schedule for spring 2008 occupancy.  Ultimately, 3344 Peachtree will soar above Atlanta's skyline at 635 feet with 50 stories making it the tallest building constructed in Atlanta in nearly 15 years. Designed by world-renowned architects Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates, the striking modern tower breaks from the traditional square or rectangular building geometries. It is an expression as a composition of subtly curved forms that allows the tower to appear as gently rotating upwards from Peachtree to finish as a signature statement on the Atlanta skyline.

From street level the building will provide a warm and inviting promenade, and inside the building will exude an equally inviting charm. The 93 exclusive two and three bedroom condominium homes are priced from $1 million and will have a dedicated private Lobby and Concierge Club Service on the 28 th level. The office floors will occupy levels 8 to 26, and provide amenities and services for the evolving needs of business. The architects and designers have configured the floor plates offering a high level of space planning efficiency for business, as well as anticipating the many changes in corporate business paradigms in creating work-space.
