The first of two joint ventures with Winston Hotels Inc., (NYSE: WXH), Regent Partners, as general partner, began the development of the 158-room Windsor Hilton Garden Inn in 1999, opening the doors to the new hotel in 2000.
The Windsor Hilton is located in Windsor, a northern suburb of Hartford, Connecticut, that serves the local upscale business district, as well as the Bradley International Airport just 6 miles away.
Completed under budget, the 16.5 million dollar project is currently leased to six continents.
