Regent Partners opened the doors to the Evanston Hilton Garden Inn, a 175-room, $20+ million project, in 2001.
Located directly adjacent to the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, the Evanston Hilton Garden Inn is Regent Partners' second joint venture partnership with Winston Hotels, Inc. (NYSE: WXH) of Raleigh, NC.
The hotel is part of a mixed-use urban entertainment complex. Developed in conjunction with Arthur Hill & Co., in a public-private venture with the city of Evanston, the complex includes more than 170,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
