The Brookwood is a $145-million urban mixed-use high rise located on Peachtree Road, between 28th Street and Palisades Road in the historic Brookwood neighborhood of Atlanta. While offering the charm and convenience of an in-town neighborhood, The Brookwood development includes 219 luxury for-sale residential condominiums on 20 floors with approximately 20,000 square feet of high-end retail fronting Peachtree Road. Upon completion, the Brookwood will be one of Atlanta's first LEED-certified buildings, with homes starting in the $500's.
