This land is positioned at the highly accessible southwest and northeast quadrant of GA 400 and McFarland Parkway in the north Atlanta, Georgia market. The land has been owned by an affiliate of Regent Partners, LLC since 1994. We believe that an opportunity exists to achieve tax inducements and/or incentives from the county as it relates to job growth and development of this site.
The site is approximately 3 miles north of Windward Parkway and the Fulton County line, yet offers a considerably more attractive tax base and ingress/egress. The area is well-developed with project properties either owned or occupied by private or public corporations. Further, the Georgia DOT has recently completed a road improvement project creating better access to this parcel than would be found in any competing sites in the area.
