PARK 22: Office
Regent Partners began development of Park 22, a $32-million project in 1998. Located along West Bull Creek in Austin, Texas, the project is situated on 32-acres and includes one two-story building and two four-story buildings totaling 206,963 square feet, with 828 associated parking spaces.
PACES SUMMIT: Office
Developed to house the corporate headquarters of Georgia Bankers Bank Corporation, Paces Summit is situated on four and a half acres within a 10-acre master planned development located in the historic Vinings area of Atlanta, Georgia. The six-story building encompasses 130,000 square feet of Class-A office space.
COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT: Hotel
A 10-story, 181-room hotel within the Tower Place mixed-use development in the Buckhead market of Atlanta. The hotel contains four meeting rooms, an on-site restaurant, cocktail lounge, indoor pool/whirlpool and exercise room. The property was co-developed in 1996.
BUCKHEAD DOUBLETREE: Hotel
This six-story hotel is located in the prestigious Buckhead area of Atlanta and contains 230 rooms and 9,000 square feet of event and meeting space. The hotel is part of the Tower Place mixed-use development which includes offices, condominiums, retail and theaters. The hotel was renovated in 1994.
HILTON GARDEN INN WINDSOR: Hotel
The Hilton Garden Inn Windsor is located in a northern suburb of Hartford, Connecticut. The first of two joint ventures with Winston Hotels Inc. (NYSE: WXH), Regent Partners, as general partner, began the development of the 158-room Windsor Hilton Garden Inn in 1999 and delivered it in 2000.
HILTON GARDEN INN EVANSTON: Hotel
Located directly adjacent to the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, the Hilton Garden Inn Evanston is Regent’s second joint venture partnership with Winston Hotels, Inc. (NYSE: WXH) of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Regent Partners opened the doors to the Hilton Garden Inn Evanston, a 175-room, $20+ million project, in 2001.
FAIRFIELD INN: Hotel
Located in the prestigious Vinings area of Atlanta, Georgia, the Fairfield Inn was developed by Regent Partners in 1995. The 145-room, seven-story hotel is conveniently situated just minutes from local attractions including malls and entertainment parks.
HYATT REGENCY WICHITA: Hotel
Designed as a public-private venture with the city of Wichita, the 303-room Hyatt Regency Wichita opened for business in Wichita, Kansas in 1997. Regent Partners developed the hotel in cooperation with Stormont Trice Development Corporation. In addition to its location advantage, the Hyatt Regency Wichita is physically connected to the 721,000-square-foot Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center.
VILLAGIO: Residential
A $27-million project, Regent Partners began development of Villagio, a Class-AA gated apartment community located in Sarasota, Florida in 2001. Co-developed with Florida Southeast Development Corporation, the 320-unit complex, opened for leasing in March 2002. Designed with young professionals in mind, the upscale apartment community features a 3,500-square-foot grand clubhouse with business center, pool, multi-sports court, fitness center and putting green.
BARRINGTON PLACE: Residential
A $21-million project, Regent Partners began development of Barrington Place in 2000. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina the 274-unit apartment community opened for leasing in August 2002.
VILLAGES AT BROOKSTONE: Residential
Regent Partners purchased the existing 300-unit development in 1999. Situated on 27.55 acres, the Class-A property is located near the historic peninsula of downtown Charleston, South Carolina, just minutes from the area’s largest employer, The Medical University of South Carolina.
RIVER OAKS: Residential
Located in Charleston, South Carolina, Regent Partners began development of the 360-unit apartment community in 2000. River Oaks opened for leasing in October 2001.
WATERFORD PLACE: Residential
Located in suburban Raleigh, North Carolina, Regent Partners began development of the 300-unit apartment community in 1999. Waterford Place opened for leasing in June 2001.
SANDBAR MANOR: Residential
Sandbar Manor is an 80-unit detached housing subdivision located in Augusta, Georgia which was completed in December 1996. The units have been allocated Section 42 low-income housing tax credits which must meet certain regulations for two consecutive 15-year terms to receive tax credits.
CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE, LP: Residential
Cambridge Village, LP is an 83-detached housing subdivision located in Durham, North Carolina which was completed in December 1996. The units have been allocated Section 42 low-income housing tax credits which must meet certain regulations for two consecutive 15-year terms to receive tax credits.
LAKECHASE: Residential
A $26-million project, Regent Partners began development of Lakechase in 1999. Located in Tampa, Florida, the 420-unit apartment community was co-developed with Southeast Development Corporation.
ASHLEY KNOLL: Residential
Constructed in two phases, Regent Partners began development of Ashley Knoll in 1998. Located in Charleston, South Carolina, the 408-unit apartment community opened for leasing in 1999.
BLUFFTON HOUSE ENCLAVE: Residential
Situated on 27.55 acres, Bluffton House is a 300+ unit, Section 42 housing community located just outside of Hilton Head, South Carolina.
PALMETTO POINTE: Residential
A $19-million project, Regent Partners began development of Palmetto Pointe in 1998. Located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the 320-unit apartment community opened for leasing in December 1999.
TRIANGLE POINTE: Residential
Located in Durham, North Carolina, Regent Partners began development of the $13-million apartment community in October 1997. Designed as a conventional garden-style multifamily project with HUD-insured 221 (d4) financing, Triangle Pointe opened for leasing in June 1998.
TOCO HILLS: Retail
Toco Hills, located in Decatur, Georgia, is a 150,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center anchored by Publix and Ace Hardware.
CHEROKEE PLAZA: Retail
Cherokee Plaza, a 99,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center located in Atlanta, Georgia, was divested in January 2001. The center was developed by Regent Partners and Brandywine Inc. in 1996. It is anchored by a 55,000-square-foot Kroger and a Blockbuster Video store.
ALPHARETTA COMMONS: Retail
Regent Partners developed the 96,000-square-foot Alpharetta Commons neighborhood retail center in 1996. After a quick lease-up, the project was sold in 1997.
VICTORY CENTER: Retail
Located on Victory Boulevard in the City of Newport News, Virginia, Victory Center is a 69,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center developed by Regent Partners in 1994
ADDISON TOWN CENTER: Retail
Located in Dallas, Texas, Addison Town Center is a 303,000-square-foot retail power center anchored by Kmart, Comp USA, Babies-R-Us and other shops. The project was developed by Regent Partners and Centennial American Properties in 1993.
BLUEGRASS PROMENADE: Industrial
Located in the Bluegrass Business Park in Alpharetta, Georgia, Bluegrass Promenade was developed by Regent Partners in 2000. A one-story, 90,000-square-foot building, Bluegrass Promenade is surrounded by tree-lined parkways and several lakes. It is conveniently situated just off Georgia 400.
HIGHLANDS SUMMIT: Industrial
Regent Partners began development of Highlands Summit, a tilt-up industrial building in May 1997. Located in the Highlands Business Park in Cobb County, Georgia, the 123,025-square-foot building is situated on 9.52 acres.
FORT CARSON: Military
The securing of the first major privatized US Army military housing contract in
the United States. This multi-phase project provides 840 new homes and 1,823
sets of renovated quarters with plans for continuous construction, renovations and refurbishment at the Fort Carson military base in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
