Chief Financial Officer

Sheldon Taylor is primarily in charge of financial matters at Regent Partners including financing development projects, funding land acquisitions, raising equity and mezzanine debt and obtaining permanent financing for stabilized assets. Prior to joining Regent Partners in 2004, Mr. Taylor practiced real estate and project finance for 10 years with Ernst & Young in London. His team of 12 professionals advised clients on hospital, school and government accommodation projects primarily in the UK but also in Saudi Arabia, Mexico and the Cayman Islands.

Prior to working for Ernst & Young, Mr. Taylor was with Ackerman & Co, in Atlanta, Georgia serving at different times as President of Brokerage, Vice President of Development, and Development Manager. Prior to that, Mr. Taylor worked for B.F. Saul Company developing real estate in Atlanta and Florida.

Mr. Taylor received his B.S. in Civil Engineering and a M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. He also completed the Corporate Finance Program at the London School of Economics.
